TrAVEL INFO

COVID-19 Update:

Chile will require proof of COVID-19 vaccination in order to enter.

See the below for additional travel information.

Flights:

There are direct daily flights from the US departing in the evening from Houston, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Dallas and New York City.  You need to arrive at Santiago’s main airport (SCL) before  8am on Day 1 and will join the group at that point. Please consult us if you foresee a different arrival time.

Destination Ski Camps will provide transportation to/from the airport on the scheduled camp arrival and departure days. You are responsible for being on the shuttle at the designated time. If for any reason you miss the group shuttle (including airline delays), it is your responsibility to arrange your own transportation.

Return flights to the US are also overnight, and depart in the evening, allowing a half day of skiing on the day of departure.

You can book your flight as soon as your spot in the camp is confirmed. Google Flights is quite useful to quickly determine pricing and options –  this google flights link is preset for pricing flights from  NYC – if you use it, don’t forget to adjust the dates to your needs, and to change the flight origin to your airport.

Visas:

No visa is required of US citizens for travel to Chile; and the reciprocity tax has been eliminated – you just need a valid US passport.
